Job Description
Main responsabilities:
Accountable for all Finance & Controlling matters on the platform level, including the regions Benelux, West (UK+Ireland), and MED (France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal);
Act as an interface between your responsible platforms and certain central functions (e.g., Group Finance, Accounting & Tax, Corporate Controlling, etc.);
Act as Business Partner for senior global and regional business leaders and ensure consolidated reporting, analysis, and planning (budget & forecast);
Ensure & carry out the implementation of the strategic planning of the Group into the mid- and short-term planning of your area of responsibility;
Contribute to the month-end closing process, tax declarations, balance sheet audits, statutory audits, working capital & dunning process;
Responsible for continuous development of reporting and controlling instruments to guarantee the achievement of targets;
Ensure & carry out cost and result controlling for specific organizational units (platforms & countries);
Reporting to the Group Director Controlling Mature Markets located in Germany
The Successful Applicant
Education: University degree in finance or business administration
Languages: Excellent written and spoken English
Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience including management and International work experience
Social competence and open personality to communicate in a target group-oriented manner
What's On Offer
Annual Gross Salary: 85.000€ - 95.000€+ 10% bonus
Remote work with 1-2 home office days per week.
Workplace Milan, Italy
Necessity to travel to the different sites or for business meetings, approx. once a quarter.
