Prendo spunto da questo articolo di Henry Mintzberg per sviluppare una riflessione estemporanea: qui la distinzione è fra aziende che fanno Customer Service, solo perché utile al business, e aziende che credono in “serving customer” come pietra angolare della loro attività. Questa differenza potrebbe essere applicata anche alle #HumanResources? Alcune organizzazioni valorizzano le proprie persone solo perché è provato che ci sia un ritorno per il proprio business. Esistono poi organizzazioni che ritengono un valore intrinseco il benessere delle proprie persone e su questo hanno gettato le basi della propria prosperità. A livello di #culturaorganizzativa ciò fa una sensibile differenza! Che ne pensate? Ritenete si tratti di un paragone azzardato?
