Cushman & Wakefield published the annual report Main Streets Across the World 2024, highlighting how retailers are rising to the challenge and positioning themselves for future growth. In global terms, rents across the 138 locations tracked have crossed another benchmark – now being nearly 6% above pre-pandemic levels, thanks to strong rental growth of over 4% YOY.
