THE ITALIAN YACHT CODE: NEW RULES FOR YACHTS AND SUPERYACHTS
Decree No. 133 of September 17, 2024, introduces significant amendments to the Italian Yacht Code. These changes include streamlined registration for yachts and superyachts, updated safety requirements, and simplified procedures for non-EU vessels undergoing refitting in Italian shipyards.

SANLORENZO SIGNS A BINDING AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF NAUTOR SWAN
Sanlorenzo announces the signing of a Binding Agreement providing for the purchase of 100% of Nautor Swan Group, primarily engaged in the design, construction, sale and refit of top-end sailing yachts under Swan, Maxi Swan, and ClubSwan brands, as well as motor yachts under Shadow and Arrow brands.
Massimo Perotti, Chairman and CEO of Sanlorenzo, stated:
