Documento ad altissimo impatto per le imprese medio piccole che hanno pwr clienti grandissimi committenti pubblici e soprattutto privati. Auna prima lettura mi sembra tracciare un percorso molto impegnativo per chi vuole adeguarsi pienamente, ma credo che la funzione più utile di questo documento sarà una guida per chi vuole crearsi un minimo sistema di reporting in tema ESG per rispondere a questionari et similia richiesti nel dialogo con chi è tenuto a fare reporting secondo la CSRD. Tutto questo con la possibilita di eventuali ripensamenti complessivi della politica e con la paura che si tratti di "spago rosso".
