    We had an excellent day with the Senior Leadership Team of char.gy the London-based EV charging point business. This was the second of 4 modules with emphasis on driving high performance across a fast-growing business. The SLT are a tight and ambitious group who respond really positively to new ideas. We were joined by Jamie Clarke of Chamois for his expert insights on internal communications. We look forward to the next module in a month’s time!

    World Mental Health Day seems a very apt day to have delivered our Leadership for Emotional Wellbeing Workshop where our psychiatrist Charlie Tweed unpacked the science behind emotions for a packed room of business leaders. Our CEO Peter Wall and COO Jennifer Carnegie then took the delegates through step by step how to use that science to their advantage and make lasting changes to the emotional wellbeing of themselves and their team.
