IMPORTANT UPDATE If you hold a professional registration with the Jersey Care Commission, please check your work and personal email for details on renewing for 2025.    Our IT system has been updated, and the portal now requires you to create a new account using your registered email. If you hold more than one title, you'll receive multiple emails. Each renewal must be completed separately.   Complete your renewal by 31 December 2024 to avoid removal from the register. #JerseyCareCommission

What is home care? Home care services allow individuals to live safely in their home with the support of professional help. This can include supporting individuals that are ageing, need assistance to live independently, are managing chronic health issues or those with special needs or a disability. Anyone who provides a home care service in Jersey needs to be registered with the Jersey Care Commission, even those that work as individual care workers.
