The first JET Jaunt, sponsored by CSC, has raised a fantastic £20,800! All of this will support Islanders who have a disability or long-term health condition in the workplace. At the awards night tonight, we also revealed the destination for the JET Jaunt 2025... Prague! Who's coming? Congratulations to all the winners. It was great fun hearing all the travellers' tales this evening. Lovely to see the camaraderie between them. Thanks also to Ports of Jersey, All Island Media and Branca Goddard. We are looking forward to catching up with our fellow JET Jaunters at our informal awards evening tonight. There are some special trophies to be handed out, made by the Acorn Woodshack, which offers work and training to Islanders who have a disability or long-term health condition. We will be announcing the total funds raised as well as having some exciting news about 2025.... Big thanks to the sponsors of the JET Jaunt, CSC, Ports of Jersey, All Island Media and Branca Goddard. Penelope Shurmer Steve Pearce Caroline Spencer MATT TABB 🇯🇪🇬🇧 Dave Chalk Acorn Enterprises

In true JET Jaunt spirit, two groups of Acorn Training and Development clients raced each other to prepare the medals for the awards night. A huge thank you to all our clients who participated! These will be given out on Wednesday alongside trophies which have been made by the Woodshack. Dave Chalk MATT TABB 🇯🇪🇬🇧 Caroline Spencer

We have had a great harvest of pumpkins on the Acorn Enterprises allotment this autumn! Our clients have also been harvesting broad beans, onions, leeks and tomatoes, all of which have been going in our honesty box in the Acorn car park. Acorn in Trinity provides work and training opportunities for Islanders who have a disability or long-term health condition. Open Mon-Sat 10 am-3.30 pm. #BusinessForGood Steve Pearce Caroline Spencer #PumpkinPatch #AutumnHarvest

Just £3 a pair while stocks last. Jog on up to Trinity. Open 10 am to 3.30 pm. Steve Pearce Caroline Spencer

He did it! Congratulations to Paul ‘Bernie’ Byrne who completed the Standard Chartered Jersey Marathon at the weekend. He even got himself a Personal Best in a time of 5 hr 54 min 56 sec. Bernie has been raising money for us and Acorn Enterprises, where his son Jude is a client. He has raised £675 so far and his SportsGiving page is still open, and there are buckets at the tills at Acorn Reuse. Thanks to everyone who has donated.
