I've been unusually quiet recently (blame Covid 😷!!) So....pre Covid, Kendrick Rose were finalists for Recruitment Company of the Year 🏆 (up to 9 staff), team KR hot-footed off to the prestigious Recruiter Awards in London, held at the stunning Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane. Ok, so we didn't win on the night, but WOW, just super proud of our team and everything we have achieved at Kendrick Rose! 🙌 Just to be recognised as finalists and to be there, with over 600 people from the best of the best in the UK recruitment industry was quite frankly, fantastic! Small but mighty Kendrick Rose punching with the big guns was a wonderful experience for us all.  We met recruiters from different industries that we would never meet here on the islands, shared recruiter stories, highs and lows, and then goodwill commiserations from the lovely recruiters we met and those sharing our table (thank you 😊). It's not an easy life being a recruiter (it's not an easy life for most of us!!) and we value and appreciate our clients, our candidates and our team! 🙏 I suppose if there was one regret, it was not getting to have a picture with the lovely Stephen Mangan and ask him when ‘The Split’ was coming back on TV? On that note, probably quite fitting for me to announce more changes at KR, as we wish Sharon a huge fond farewell 👋 and our very best wishes as she moves back to 'the other side' as a client again! It’s not goodbye and we're very much looking forward to working with her again very soon!! Lots going to be happening with KR plans for 2025, exporing a potential new office in Portutgal 😎 (and perhaps even a mini-vini🤔) to be continued.....
