About us

ND Estates is a Jersey Estate Agent dealing with sales, lettings and management of all types of property in Jersey, Channel Islands, We offer competitive fees for sole and multi agency together with innovative marketing over digital media platforms as well as using more traditional forms of press advertising. We use regular database e-mailings of properties and new and commentary to applicants and we also pick up the telephone and speak to applicants to discuss their requirements in more detail. Nick Dodsley, the owner of ND Estates, is the former President of the JEAA (2021-2024), and a member of ARLA and NAEA Propertymark. With our owners knowledge of the Jersey Conveyancing process we can assist through from initial marketing to completion of your property sale at the Court. With over 40 years of Jersey conveyancing and property experience, we have a full understanding of the problems that can be encountered during a sale and therefore can liaise with the client Vendor and Purchaser as well as with the lawyers to discuss any issues and to provide a resolution. Our lettings and management business is expanding with the creation of our dedicated lettings department. Our team has years of experience.
