Position #1 - IT Operations Section Head •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Advanced IT service management certifications (ITIL and ITSM) are preferred. •Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated excellence in IT support, including at least five years in a leadership role. •Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performance IT operations teams. •Proven success in strategic planning, team development and departmental goals achievement. •Extensive experience in managing Service Desk operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and continuous improvement. •In-depth knowledge of IT operations, with a focus on optimizing processes and enhancing overall efficiency. •Advanced skills in developing and interpreting comprehensive reports on Service Desk activities, incident trends and performance metrics. •Proven experience in utilizing reporting tools to drive data-driven decision-making. •Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to act as a liaison between IT support and other technical departments. •Ability to ensure standardized documentation, training and processes across the organization. •Strong background in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring value for services rendered. •Proven ability to evaluate and select vendors based on organizational needs. •Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues and challenges. •Proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative solutions for IT support operations. •Comprehensive understanding and experience in managing software license inventory and usage. Position #2 - IT Operations Engineer •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Relevant certifications - CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, Airport Systems Professional - are preferred. •Minimum of three years of Information Technology work experience. •Strong understanding of all airport systems, dependencies and hands-on components, with the ability to make changes as required. •Experience in installing and implementing airport systems projects. •Knowledge of Office365. Certification is a plus. •Knowledge of Service Desk systems, configuration management systems and asset management systems. ITIL certification is a plus. •IT daily operations planning and new technologies assessment. •Deployment/system implementation, operations environment maintenance and disaster recovery. •Project management, including follow-up on daily tasks and participation in projects upon request. We are looking for a Sourcing Senior Officer to join the Airport International Group - Queen Alia International Airport team. Airport International Group CEO Nicolas Deviller, in the presence of the Minister of the Transport H.E. Eng. Wesam Tahtamouni and key partners, signed an MoU to implement the Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) system at QAIA by 2025. Airport International Group CEO Nicolas Deviller met with Minister of Water and Irrigation H.E. Eng. Raed Abu Soud to enhance water supply and sustainability efforts at QAIA. Their discussion encompassed key initiatives such as using treated water for agricultural purposes, launching awareness campaigns and ensuring continuous water supply.
