In an effort to enhance financial literacy for women-owned businesses, Dajani Consulting recently held a boot camp for 200 women entrepreneurs as part of the Women Entrepreneur Finance Initiative (WI-FI) in Jordan, a project funded by the World Bank. The boot camp was organized in collaboration with the Business and Professional Women’s Association and involved participation from various stakeholders, including banks and microfinance institutions. From the 200 participants, 75 will be selected to receive further training and coaching sessions focused on deepening their financial literacy skills.

Attending the closing ceremony of “Promotion of Sustainable Employment for Jordanians and Syrian Refugees at Trade Oriented Companies” a project funded by GIZ Trade for Employment and implemented by PEM Consult and Dajani Consulting. The project main objective was to train and employ Jordanians and Syrians within companies that are export oriented. The project was able to achieve over 1,100 direct employment of which 50% were females and over 33% of Syrians refugees. The main sector of employment was the manufacturing sector.
