🌳 Daikin Sustainable Story (⑤our technologies contribute to carbon neutrality) 🌳 ✨Heat Pump technology Heat pump is an energy-saving technology that takes heat collected from the atmosphere and transfers it using a small amount of electricity for heating and cooling. Heat pump can convert the input of one thermal energy and obtain approximately six times as much in thermal energy 💡 🌿 In recent years, growing environmental awareness has led to the spread of highly energy-efficient space and water heaters. That’s why technology that improves the energy efficiency of air conditioners is important. ⭐ Inverter Technology Inverter technology is used to control the rotation speed of the motor of air conditioners according to room temperature. By finely adjusting the heating and cooling capacity, more than 50% energy savings can be achieved 🌿 🌏 To reduce global warming worldwide, it is crucial to spread the use of highly energy-efficient air conditioners to all countries. Or, even in regions where penetration is still low, the need for air conditioners is greatly increasing. 🌏 When we look at the world, it's clear how pivotal air conditioners have been in human progress, especially in supporting the lives and economic activities of people in hot climates. ⚡ However, air conditioners are estimated to use about 10% of the world's electricity. More importantly, the use of fossil fuels to generate this power means air conditioners are responsible for a considerable share of greenhouse gas emissions. 🌿 In addition, with the expected growth of emerging countries, the number of air conditioners and electricity demand from cooling is expected to triple.
