🎗️ Pink October at Hitachi Astemo! Throughout October, our employees participated in the global Pink October movement to raise awareness for breast cancer. They participated in a range of activities, including informative conferences on the importance of early detection, workshops on breast self-examination, and fundraising activities. Many of them showed their support by dressing in pink and wearing the iconic breast cancer pink ribbon. Astemo is taking another big step towards sustainability! 🌱 We're proud to announce that our Bekasi Brake Systems plant in Indonesia has installed solar power generation equipment on the roof of their Bekasi Plant #2, supporting our commitment to achieving carbon neutrality by FY2030. ⚡️ This initiative will reduce CO2 emissions by 126 tons annually. Karol Szewczyk, Manager of our Wroclaw plant in Poland, recently spoke at the annual "Occupational Safety in Industry" conference, invited by EcoMS Consulting Sp. z o.o. to present on the role of top management in workplace safety. 🏭🦺 During his presentation, Karol shared valuable insights: "Leadership sets the tone for safety.
