Our weekly mass walks are back! In July, our colleagues in Singapore went on a scenic walk as part of our wellness programmes. The trail began at Mapletree Business City, through the Berlayer’s Creek and ended at Reflections at Keppel Bay. #Mapletree’s Student Housing portfolio comprises a total of 56 Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (#PBSA) assets with close to 25,000 beds across the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, as at 31 March 2024. Throughout Financial Year 2023/2024, asset enhancements and sustainability initiatives were implemented at some of these assets to further enhance the tenants’ experiences! Still in the thrilling hype from the UEFA Euro 2024 championship, our colleagues from the London office recently spent a summer day with a friendly 5-a-side football match. Assets within our South East Asia and Group Retail business unit reached a few exciting milestones! In Ho Chi Minh City, asset enhancement initiatives were implemented at mPlaza Saigon and CentrePoint. All commercial and mixed-use properties in Vietnam also obtained LEED Operations and Maintenance Platinum Certification! Meanwhile in Singapore, the HarbourFront precinct will soon be further enlivened by the imminent completion of The Reef at King’s Dock, a luxury waterfront residential addition to the precinct. Additionally, commercial properties within the precinct (HarbourFront Towers 1 and 2, HarbourFront Centre and St James Power Station) secured a GRESB four-star rating! Over 40 colleagues from Mapletree Hong Kong’s office recently planted approximately 300 trees along the Nam Chung Country Trail. This is part of the Group’s ongoing sustainability efforts to achieve net zero by 2050 as well as to raise awareness about deforestation risks. One of the participants shared: “Planting native tree species rejuvenates our environment and plays a pivotal role in preserving and restoring biodiversity.” #Mapletree #LifeAtMapletree #EmployeeEngagement #CSR

Our colleagues in the Netherlands recently embarked on an energising team-building day to welcome summer and spend a day together. The teams came up with their own team names, flags and cheers, and engaged in a medley of water games, puzzles, sudoku-solving, and a fire-building challenge! The grand finale saw the teams launching balls from catapults into a net! To wrap-up the day, everyone enjoyed some grills over an outdoor barbecue! #Mapletree #LifeAtMapletree #EmployeeEngagement

Our #Mapletree US team, together with our leasing agent #TrinityPartners, organised a broker event at #PerimeterPark in Raleigh to showcase the recently completed asset upgrades and white boxing of vacant spaces on 26 June. The event was attended by over 30 brokers who toured the spaces and participated in a golf putting challenge to win the grand prize; a resort getaway to Pinehurst worth US $2000, as well as other prizes.

On 26 June 2024, #MapletreeIndustrialTrust (#MIT) held its annual Industrial Communications Forum to share updates to the staff on MIT’s performance in FY23/24 and allowed them to network with management and colleagues. The event was attended by more than 150 staff from Singapore, Japan, and the United States!   This year’s forum also marked the final sharing session by Mr Tham Kuo Wei, who has served as CEO of Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd for more than 13 years. Mr Tham will be re-designated as Regional CEO, Data Centres of Mapletree Investments with effect from 22 July 2024. We wish Mr Tham all the best for his new role! #Mapletree
