L’evento, presentato dalla giornalista Vera Spadini, ha rappresentato un'immersione nel futuro della Moto GP e della Moto E. A new day, a new “Women Who Inspire” story, our very own format dedicated to Marelli Women. Here’s the story of Anna Jachymek Duda, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager from Poland. She started working at Marelli back in 2011 as an EHS Specialist. Then, in 2019, she was given the opportunity to manage the EHS department of the Ride Dynamics business in Bielsko-Biała. Nowadays, Anna leads a whole EHS team and says that one of her biggest challenges is being a leader and managing a department that plays a key role in Sustainability, which is one of Marelli’s priorities. In her vision, a woman that holds a leadership position must be brave, aware of her knowledge and skills plus able to make decisions based on strategic thinking. She adds: “she should be a true team builder and be able to harness the potential of her team”. Anna is not afraid of new challenges and shifts in her life and encourages everyone to seek opportunities in every change and approach risks with an optimistic attitude. That’s exactly what she did when she was offered a new position and now – thanks to the support of the management and our company’s approach – she has improved her skills and competencies. She believes the female community can inspire and women can support one another, since they have enormous potential that needs to be nurtured and developed. What do you think?
