Today, we're going to talk about the journey of Catalina Hristea, QA (Quality Assurance) Engineer at Marelli in Romania. Catalina started her career as a QA engineer in 2022. She describes herself as a cheerful, ambitious and competitive person: she always tries to turn challenges into valuable lessons for her personal growth. Currently, one of her biggest challenges is to achieve customer satisfaction every day, considering the field of QA requires a continuous learning process.  For Catalina, the Marelli Women group represents a collective where experiences, values and common interests can be shared. On top of this, it is a space where they can talk openly, support and inspire each other. She is glad to be part of the Marelli family in Romania, where she has grown and developed together with her team.
