Rachel embarked on her journey with us in January 2020, and her growth at Minaris has been truly remarkable. She progressed from a Senior Associate Scientist to her current role as a Scientist. Her career growth has transitioned from fulfillment in tackling unique challenges within development work to optimizing experiments that enhance processes. She often feels that every task presents an opportunity to make a difference for our clients and, more importantly, our patients. Rachel recently spearheaded a project involving the transfer of a flow cytometry project to the MACSQuant system at Minaris. Her dedication to continuous learning in development, technology transfer processes, regulatory considerations, and supply chain impacts is commendable. Rachel often finds satisfaction in the knowledge that she is contributing to meaningful advancements in the field. We are excited to share that Minaris Regenerative Medicine now joined the Altaris portfolio, as Altaris, LLC announced the completion of its acquisition earlier today! This acquisition includes the Minaris cell therapy CDMO operations in the United States, Japan, and Germany. Minaris will be headquartered in the United States and will operate as a wholly owned portfolio company of Altaris. Altaris is an investment firm with an exclusive focus on acquiring and building companies in the healthcare industry.   The leadership of Altaris sees great potential for cell therapies, and we believe that, under their ownership, we will be able to continue to build on the framework we need to reach our goals.
