Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote Nippon Energy’s products and services. Engage customers with a clear understanding of their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries. Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system. Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs. Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to ensure a smooth sales process.
