We are seeking a talented and motivated Golang Engineer to join a leading FinTech company in Japan, working remotely from Bangladesh. ◆ Job Description: This position involves working remotely from Bangladesh as a Golang engineer for a renowned FinTech company in Japan. The engineer will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of "MPCloud." Additionally, you will work on improving operational efficiency by addressing technical debt. "MPCloud" is a cloud-based management platform provided to financial institutions and companies in JAPAN. It primarily focuses on streamlining sales activities, marketing data management, analysis, and customer management, helping companies optimize their operations using customer data. MPCloud is a single-tenant system, offering each client (mainly companies) a dedicated environment. Engineers will customize and configure environments, modify settings, and extract data based on client requests. Since personal data may be handled, a solid understanding of basic security principles is essential. ◆ Key Responsibilities: Integrating upstream changes into downstream repositories Performing service environment updates (specific to company processes) Minor modifications in Go, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js Investigating issues in specific service environments Writing test code and executing regression tests Performing software inventory and upgrade tasks Fixing issues in e2e (end-to-end) tests ◆ Skill Requirement: Proficiency in Git Experience with Go language Experience working in a Linux environment Ability to understand Japanese instruction manuals and follow them Ability to verify operations Experience with Vue.js (2.x) / Nuxt.js (other frontend frameworks like React are also acceptable) Experience working in a team-based development environment More than 1 year of experience in maintaining and operating the same software ◆ Preferred Skills: Knowledge of GCP or Kubernetes Experience writing test code in Go or JavaScript (Jest/Storybook, etc.) Experience using CircleCI or other CI tools Ability to comprehensively investigate system-wide errors/issues Knowledge of Makefile Experience with E2E testing Skills in ArgoCD and SQL Experience with release and deployment tasks ※ Priority will be given to candidates whose skills match the requirements listed above. ◆ Experience: Around 3-8 years of experience in relevant field. ◆ Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Robotics and / or related certifications.
