MANAGER - SALES & STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS APAC (EX CHINA) (BASED IN TOKYO)
The role of Manager - Sales & Strategic Partnership APAC (Ex China), based in Tokyo will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with partners and brokers to promote and sell Hotel101 properties globally. He or she will help develop and train new partners/brokers and identify potential investors to ensure effective sales outcomes and closings. This role will report directly to the Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships (Asia Pacific, excluding China).
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identifying, building and maintaining relationships with partners and brokers
· Identify new sales and marketing channels; build database of potential buyers and partners/brokers
· Leverage existing databases and experience to break into new territories and drive growth
· Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential buyers
· Support in realizing region-specific marketing plans and budgets
· Support in organizing agents’ events, roadshows and other promotional events
· Set individual goals and objectives, manage sales quotas
· Handling day to day sales related operations as well as providing support
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
· Previous real estate sales experience is a plus
· Fluency in Japanese and English. Additional languages will be a plus.
· Exceptional communication and marketing skills
· Proven track record in building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
· Possess leadership qualities with strategic and innovative mindset
· Willing to work weekends
