About us
Bioline AgroSciences Africa is a specialist supplier of Integrated Crop Protection and Management solutions for use in agriculture. Biological controls (biocontrols) are at the core of our range. We produce over 15 different biocontrol species (including predatory mites, beneficial fungi and nematodes) at our Ladybird Farm facility, located in Naivasha, Kenya. These biologicals are further supported by a suite of world-class precision crop nutrients, environmentally friendly chemicals and trapping systems as well as training and lab services. Our network of Technical Liaison Officers delivers expert on-farm support directly to growers around Africa, helping them identify and tackle over 50 pest and disease challenges. To further empower growers, our training arm, Bioline Academy, educates thousands of trainees on a wide variety of agronomical and IPM topics each year. We are a proud part of the Bioline AgroSciences Group. Bioline is active in over 30 countries worldwide and has a legacy of providing sustainable crop protection solutions and technical support dating back to 1979. Our 5 biofactories United States, France, the United Kingdom, Spain and Kenya and are located close to crop production areas to ensure quick delivery of high-quality, fresh products. To further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our complete IPM program, we actively research and develop innovations on the use and release of the beneficials.

Last weekend was super active for #TeamBioline as they hiked Mt.Longonot on Saturday, and ran a Marathon on Sunday. Psssst! Word on the streets is that some legends attended both events! 🫡 Beyond pursuing physical fitness, it was an exercise in determination and grit. Brings to mind the famous Henry Ford quote, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can't—you're right.” 💪 #TeamFit #CultivatingBioAlliances #BiologicalPestControl #WeekendManenos

Through extensive research, we painstakingly develop products that leverage natural mechanisms such as predators, pheromones, and microbial agents to disrupt pest lifecycles. This ensures targeted, long-lasting results while significantly reducing dependency on broad-spectrum chemicals. We remain steadfast in supporting African flower farms in their mission to minimize chemical inputs and foster healthier ecosystems — not just for the industry but for the end consumers of our beautiful African flowers. Thank you, Wim for sharing your confidence in the efficacy of our products, as demonstrated in the photo being applied at AQ Roses PLC, Ethiopa.
𝘔𝘰𝘦𝘵 𝘫𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘻𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘸𝘪𝘫𝘭 𝘫𝘦 𝘨𝘦𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘵? Elk jaar maken we weer nieuwe stappen.

Wake up and smell the roses…🌹 Kenya’s 2nd largest export might be booming, but under the surface, all is not well. 🚨 FCM Webinar Alert! 🚨 The False Codling Moth (FCM) is a quarantined pest in major export markets, that is often difficult to detect because it is an internal feeder. Unfortunately, interception automatically leads to rejection at the port.🚫 It is estimated that Kenyan farmers lose Kes. 5.5 billion every year, since FCM threatens vital export crops like roses, avocados, beans, citrus, grapes, and more. Join our FREE webinar on 4th October 2024, featuring experts and regulators, to learn how to protect your farm, avoid costly rejections, and keep your produce export-ready! 🌱 📅 Save the date & register today: https://lnkd.in/gBA662ZV
