Today, we started the 2024 apprenticeship year at our locations in Sindelfingen and Rottenburg, Germany, with a wide range of apprenticeships and dual study programmes. This year, we are welcoming 13 trainees and two dual students. To give our new colleagues the best possible start to their new phase of life at the company, the traditional welcome days, which have proven their worth since 2009, are being held again this year. During these days, the new employees get a compact overview of the BITZER world. In the form of various activities such as factory tours, games and presentations, the newcomers not only make their first contacts in the company, but also with the diversity of the expanding refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump technology sector.
