🚀 Enhancing Software Security 🔐 Today, I had the privilege of attending an insightful DevSecOps Webinar hosted by Konza Technopolis on Early Integration of Security in Software Development to Reduce Vulnerabilities and Mitigate Cyber Risks. One key takeaway? Security should never be an afterthought in software development. The traditional Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) often treats security as a final step, leading to costly vulnerabilities and risks. However, by embedding security from the start, we can: ✅ Reduce security flaws early in the development process ✅ Lower costs associated with late-stage vulnerability fixes ✅ Strengthen overall system resilience against cyber threats Adopting a DevSecOps mindset ensures security is automated, continuous, and integral to every phase of development. It’s time to move from reactive to proactive security strategies in software development! A huge thank you to Konza Technopolis for organizing this session and to our speakers Ngaira Mandela PhD ,James Ng'ang'a, PMP®,Sunil Mavadia for shedding light on such a critical topic. Let’s keep pushing for secure, innovative, and resilient tech solutions! #DevSecOps #CyberSecurity #SoftwareDevelopment #SecureCoding #KonzaTechnopolis #TechInnovation
