Recognizing these gaps, Melela has launched #Mahbereseb — an initiative designed to build a community of practice where trainers can connect, learn, and thrive together. Through #Mahbereseb, we aim to bridge the divides in the current training landscape by creating a centralized space for experience sharing, enhancing skills in adult learning methods, peer and expert reviews, developing interactive training techniques, and encouraging a strong feedback culture. Our goal is to build a space where trainers can learn, advocate, and evolve together. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗯? Mahbereseb creates a space for trainers to connect, share resources, and improve training quality through collective learning. This initiative aims to: • Facilitate ongoing discussions on best practices in training, • Build a feedback system from participants, clients, and peers, • Provide access to shared resources like training libraries and assessment tools, • Help trainers develop their own profiles for client visibility. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 On October 28th and 29th, we hosted our first virtual information session, discussing the mission, benefits and next steps of #Mahbereseb, with over 60 trainers now part of this growing community.
