This year, devastating floods hit multiple regions in Kenya, affecting countless families including 30 Nyanam widows who were severely affected. Building a community of young changemakers dedicated to protecting the environment! 🌱 In August, we handed out 1,200 trees to the children of #NyanamWidows, and we are pumped with how we effectively contribute to environmental protection! Even better, our youth are stepping up, and fully committed to tree planting while nurturing them as they grow. 🌳💪 The future of our planet is in good hands with these young eco-warriors leading the way! 🌍✨"

Today marked the final day of our #NyanamElderlyWidows visits across 5 regions! We are thrilled to have connected with 169 Nyanam elders, providing essential information on healthy aging, one-on-one counseling, and a care package. The turnout and dedication of these widows to embrace healthier lives have truly inspired us. As an organization, we are committed to their ongoing care and support. Day 3 of our #NyanamElderlyWidows visits, and our hearts are overflowing with joy! 🙌 Yesterday in Osiri and today in Siaya, we have had the privilege of connecting with over 50 incredible Nyanam elderly widows. Their wisdom is a gift, reminding us of the power of sisterhood and sharing nuggets of advice for living long, healthy lives including eating well, and, of course, dancing! 💃 We feel truly blessed by their smiles, generosity, and the authenticity of this amazing community.
