𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝: Choose from one of these critical themes: 𝟏. 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞: Help develop digital tools to save lives during disasters like floods, droughts, and landslides. 𝟐. 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡:  Build telemedicine and mobile health platforms to improve access to medical care and reduce mortality, especially in rural Kenya. 𝟑. 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 & 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: : Create solutions to optimize the delivery of humanitarian aid in disaster or conflict-affected areas. 𝟒. 🌟 IFRC Limitless Winners Update 🌟 I promised an update on the incredible winners we are mentoring at the Kenya Red Cross innovation Center. Meet Javan. He’s transforming waste into wealth by making paper briquettes from paper waste. Last week, Javan held a workshop where he trained 10 enthusiastic youths on his innovative process. After the workshop, the students tested the paper briquettes at a local street food vendor, gathering valuable feedback from the community. What an inspiring week spent in Geneva with International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies - IFRC and many national society colleagues from around the world using #humancentereddesign practices to develop program and product strategy for integrated humanitarian assistance. So excited to co-build with them. Everyone was game to try new things as we learn to push ourselves beyond traditional ways of thinking and put people and communities we serve at the center of adapting our mission to global climate, health, migration, and conflict crises. #humanitarian #journeymapping
