🔔 Did you know that AI can also help to reduce poverty? Interesting story here in the Guardian about farmers in Kenya – where iDE has programming – using AI to increase their yields. Using cell phones, farmers access a tool to receive advice on how much fertilizer to apply. In the meantime, Ernst & Young and Devex have released a new report on using AI to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. Through an online survey, expert interviews, and roundtable discussions, the report discusses the factors to consider when leveraging AI for an inclusive and sustainable future.

iDE’s Senior Leadership Annual Meeting in Siem Reap brought together 70 leaders from 14 countries to align on our impact strategy, refine our theory of change, and strengthen our global mission. #Teamwork #Alignment #Leadership #MissionDriven
Chief Executive Officer, High-Performance Coach, Board Member I Delivering economic & social impact where it matters most
Our annual senior leadership meeting - SLAM - is my favorite event within iDE. This year was no exception! Not even a surprise appendectomy nine days before travel could keep me away from the amazing leaders across iDE. We gathered in Siem Reap, Cambodia to talk about our soon-to-be-launched audacious 10-year strategy—and the importance of aligning our leaders, our teams, and our resources to begin our delivery against our new impact goals. We left inspired by the stories of impact among our own staff and our clients that we faithfully champion and serve. I am so thankful to all of our leaders from across the globe for bringing their energy, their questions, and their ideas to drive deeper impact in the communities where we work. We are on the groundfloor of iDE’s next big chapter in delivering impact at scale.
