    Forsit rebrands as a Global Brand Accelerator. Someone once described running a start-up as driving a car at 100 miles per hour while fixing it. Last year, this perfectly represented our experience. It felt like we had to replace tires, fix engines, repair the roof, refuel, and even change drivers all at full speed. As we've bootstrapped from 1 to 80 employees globally in four years, I've come to understand that just going around addressing problems myself doesn't scale. The passion for diving deep into the problems and solving them comes from our team's sense of pride in our company. To build this pride internally, we've enhanced our benefits, notably with our new Workation program. This initiative allows our long-serving employees to spend a month in Sydney, working just three days a week, paid by the company. Surrounded by beautiful beaches and sunny weather, it’s like working in heaven for a month. Externally, we've tried to articulate our vision and showcase our achievements.
