"Product Upgrading and Premiumization" As part of the regional specialized business development program, we secured government support to enhance product quality and performance. The result is an advanced product developed through structural improvements. Previously, the product exhibited an issue where the sealing surface would open under vertical load. We addressed this by enhancing the resistance to vertical loads and increasing the carbon strength. The outcome is a high-temperature rotary joint with more than twice the carbon strength of the previous model, suitable for use with steam and thermal oil. This product is versatile and can be used in industries such as secondary battery separator manufacturing, textile production, and chemical plants.
"Successful Localization of Korea's First Hot Rolling Mandrel Rotary Joint" KJC successfully achieved domestic production of the first rotary joint for hot rolling mandrels in Korea through POSCO's unique Benefit Sharing program. This product, used in hot rolling mandrels, employs three fluids simultaneously: hydraulic fluid operates the cylinders, grease supports smooth mandrel operation, and water cools coils and equipment. The ability to localize this product, previously only manufactured by Germany's GAT and Japan's Nambu, through this program holds significant importance. Following its development, KJC continues to supply this product steadily to domestic companies such as POSCO, and exports it to countries including China and Vietnam.

KJC manufactures rotary joints needed in various industrial sectors. Today, we'd like to introduce our rotary joint for plastic vertical injection molding machine indexes. KJC recently supplied rotary joints for vertical injection molding machines to Daegyeong Hydraulic. These vertical injection molding machines were delivered to LS Mtron. Prior to delivery, performance tests were conducted under the customer's supervision to ensure that the rotary joints meet the actual operating conditions in terms of rotation and pressure simultaneously. The tests yielded satisfactory results, meeting the customer's expectations. The vertical injection molding machine is designed to accommodate 2-3 different colors, with a total of 18 ports connected across two bodies.
