Last week, New Relic held a coding workshop, dedicated to supporting the CodeWomen project at our Barcelona office. 👩💻 The workshop provided a space for women to enhance their data analysis and visualization skills by focusing on two powerful tools, Power BI and Tableau, while also networking and connecting with others in the industry! We look forward to continuing to bring together women to empower and support each other in their professional journeys! 

It's National Hispanic Heritage Month! We asked Relics what it means to be a Pioneer of Change: "To me, Hispanic Heritage Month is a mirror reflecting the diverse sacrifices of those who came before us. This year, I celebrate not just where we came from, but how far we've traveled. Pioneering change required that I remain open to challenging norms. My family's journey across borders was a leap of faith that held no guarantees and my journey has been about breaking through the limits that remained. I am proud to create new realities for the next generation and I see my family's courage etched in every opportunity that I have had— from affirming inherited values to freely establishing new ones to working in tech. I am acutely aware that my freedom to innovate stands on the shoulders of their resilience and thanks to their courage, I will never need to explain things to my daughters like "why women aren't permitted an education here." My work isn't just mine—it's a continuation of an ancestral legacy, a bridge between collective sacrifices and the possibilities that I create for myself and others.
