What would a Donald Trump comeback mean for Washington's North Korea policy? Recently, the former president boasted about his ties with Kim Jong Un, adding to speculation that he could revisit engagement with Pyongyang if reelected. The DPRK, however, said in a media commentary on Tuesday that it 'does not care' if Trump wins the November elections, adding that "he did not bring about any substantial positive change" in US-DPRK relations during his first term. However, given North Korea's long-term goals, Kim may decide to revisit his friendship with Trump if the latter finds his way back into the Oval Office.
