We are thrilled to announce that Wonik IPS has taken its first step into the European market, starting with a remarkable journey in Germany! This month, we had the pleasure of joining the esteemed apc|m Europe Conference , organized by Silicon Saxony, in the beautiful city of Hamburg. We are delighted to share that our participation in this event was a resounding success. https://lnkd.in/gvADXn-E During the exhibition, we had the incredible opportunity to connect with numerous individuals and companies hailing from diverse regions and countries. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every person who visited our booth, as well as Silicon Saxony for organizing this remarkable event. Your presence and support made the experience truly memorable. 봄날씨가 완연했던 오늘, 반도체, Display산업협회에서 Live 채용설명회 자리에 초대해주신덕분에 200여명 학생분들 앞에서 온라인으로 설명회를 진행했습니다 :) 얼굴이 보이지 않아도 무수히 쏟아지는 질문과 하트에 큰 힘을 얻고 가는 하루였습니다 :) 더 좋은 자리, 더 많은 분을 만날 수 있는 기회가 많아지길 바라며, 예비 원익인들의 취뽀를 응원합니다!! :D Today, I introduced my company through YouTube Online Live. It was so greatful to meet about 200 students online and I could feel their eagerness via lots of questions and reactions on chat!! One day, I hope to meet you at Wonik group, and I trust it comes very soon!! Thanks again and I cannot wait to me!! :D

[Breaking News from IPS!😘 ] Today, I got a news about the development program for the very new managers! 😁 From this program, our HRD team targets on the actual skills of leadership and coaching for the new managers, and they put their hearts a lot into it. New managers' passion at the place proved it clearly!! HR department concerns the new leader’s onboarding in order to not only supporting their roles but caring for the new comers into his/her team. We believe this program and our new managers contribute to make One-team IPS one day, and we will cheer it constantly! 🤗

IPS에서는 회사와 밀접하게 관련된 반도체 주제를 가지고 공채 동기들 간 팀을 꾸려 발표를 진행하는 Cross-Learning 제도를 운영하고 있습니다. 지난 2월 말에는 공채 10기 친구들이 한 달간 준비한 과제를 발표하는 시간을 가졌는데요😊 아주 열정 넘치고 회사의 원가절감과 기술력 증진에도 직결되는 새로운 접근을 많이 보여주었습니다. 같이 이동한 저녁식사에서도 발표를 준비, 진행하며 겪은 어려움, 개선해야 할 점에 대해서도 많은 논의가 진행되었습니다. 순위와 무관하게 모두의 노력에 박수를 보내며 오늘의 이 마음과 열정이 꾸준히 이어지길 소원합니다 :D (보안정책으로 인해 식사사진이 메인이 되버렸네요..ㅎㅎㅎ)   At IPS, we operate a cross-learning system in which new juniors form teams and give presentations on semiconductor topics closely related to the company. At the end of February, the 10th junior employees (we call it they are Gongchae) had time to present the assignments they had prepared for a month😊. Their presentations were perfect and we were so touched from their passion and new approaches that were directly related to the company's cost reduction and technological advancement. At the dinner we went to together, we encouraged each other for everyone’s effort and shared a lot which problems we better developed for the next year. Regardless of ranking, we applaud everyone’s efforts and hope they keep this fever and passion continue! :D

오늘 양재AT센터에서 진행된 반도체인프라활용 현장인력양성 총괄 워크숍 자리에서 원익IPS도 함께 기업설명회를 진행했습니다 :) 차기 원익인들을 만나는 소중한 시간이었고 다가오는 2024년 하반기 공채에서 많은 분들 뵙길 소원하겠습니다! Today Wonik IPS participated company introduction session at AT center in Seoul. It was the great honour to have a chance to meet potential Wonik men and we hope to see you at the recruitment season in soon!

안녕하세요. 원익IPS 채용팀 입니다 :) 저희도 이번 SEMICON에 원익그룹 반도체 부문 총출동 부스로 함께 참여했습니다. 정말 많은 분들이 참석해주셨는데요! 다시 한 번 감사합니다 :D 저희 부스에서는 이번에 직무멘토링이라는 이름으로 엔지니어와 함께하는 공정개발 직무 멘토링 시간을 가졌는데요. 사전 예약제로 진행했는데도 기존 예약자 보다 초과한 40여명의 예비 원익인들과 대화를 나눴고, 추가 신청자는 150명에 달했습니다! 다음에는 더 많은 예비 원익인에게 회사를 알릴 수 있도록 좋은 방법으로 기획해보겠습니다. 다시 한 번 참석해주신 분들께 감사드리며, 다음에도 원익부스에서 만나길 바라겠습니다! 모두 즐거운 설 명절 보내세요~!! :D We also participated in SEMICON Korea 2024 as a Wonik Group division booth. We appreciate again all of the visitors! This time, we held job mentoring section. 40 students spent time with our Process Engineer about how they work, and which competencies are needed. Unfortunately we only talked with pre-reserved students but the number of in-site applicants reached more than 150! Next time, we will plan a better way to meet more potential Wonik-man that more people aware of Wonik IPS. Thank you again, and we hope to see you at the Wonik booth next time! :D Have a happy Lunar New Year holiday everyone~!!

[2024년 원익 신년회 개최] 원익그룹은 이용한 회장님부터 공채10기 신입사원까지 다양한 세대의 임직원들과 함께 신년회를 개최하며 2024년을 힘차게 열었습니다. 올해도 국내외에서 전개될 원익의 행보에 많은 관심 부탁드립니다!

원익IPS는 ESG 경영 체계 확립의 일환으로 환경부 주관으로 2023년 ‘스마트 생태공장 구축사업’ 지원 대상 기업으로 선정된 바 있습니다. 스마트 생태공장은 금번 지원사업에서 ICT(Information and Communication Technologies), 수가습 시스템, 폐열회수 시스템, 태양광 발전시스템 등 총 12가지 아이템을 도입하였으며 12월 13일부로 모든 사업을 성공적으로 마쳤습니다. 글로벌 기후 위기에 적극적으로 대응하기 위해 저탄소 공정으로의 전환은 생존을 위한 필수적인 요소로 생각하는 만큼 저희 원익IPS는 앞으로도 ESG 중심의 제조환경을 구축해 나아가겠습니다. As part of the establishment of an ESG Management System, Wonik IPS was selected by the Ministry of Environment to construct a ‘Smart Eco-Friendly’ in 2023. In this project, we introduced a total of 12 items, including ICT System(Information and Communication Technologies), Moisturizing System, Waste Heat Recovery System, and Photovoltaic System, and have successfully completed all of our items as of December 13. In order to actively respond to the global climate crisis, we emphasize the importance of the transition to a low-carbon and eco-friendly facilities as an essential element for survival. Wonik IPS, will continue to create an Eco-Friendly Manufacturing Environment based on ESG.
