자격요건

GloZ is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator/Recruiter (TAD Coordinator/Recruiter) with a passion for recruiting and training global vendors. The primary responsibility of the vendor recruiter is to identify and negotiate the terms for linguists (language experts, translators, writers) and resources that will meet specific language, client, and quality needs.
Responsibilities
This position is not part of the HR (Human Resources) team.
Recruit talented linguists, DTPers, copywriters, copy editors, proofreaders, voice actors, and various localization professionals from around the world.
Support the Talent Acquisition Team by reviewing, editing, and posting job postings.
Support TAD's workflow through various tasks.
Manage onboarding procedures, including contracts and tests, for new linguists and other resources at GloZ.
Manage resource search and communication via LinkedIn and other recruitment sites.
Work closely with Localization Project Managers to recruit and onboard new and experienced linguists, transcribers, voice actors, and other localization professionals from around the world.
Manage applicant data through online resume databases.
Coordinate and monitor resource recruitment processes and progress.
Work closely with Localization Quality Managers to provide quality, training, and other quality-related items (onboarding procedures/test processes) and improve quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Native-level English (writing, speaking, reading)
At least 1 year of recruitment experience (including talent search and recruitment process management using various platforms)
Strong understanding of the content industry or translation/localization industry
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to multitask and set project priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in recruiting, training, and managing freelancers, including translators
Ability to work proactively and independently, even in situations with limited supervision
Clear, concise, and persuasive communication and presentation skills
Excellent ability to work in multilingual and multicultural environments
Interest in learning new technologies, programs, and tools
Experience in improving work processes using data and metrics
