Stylus Season on Mainnet begins September 3. Are you ready to Do More With Stylus? Stylus contracts are fully interoperable with Solidity contracts, which means you can mix & match contracts within your protocol. Optimize and power up where it makes sense. Need a refresh on what Stylus will provide? Stylus provides tools for developing smart contracts in performant and secure languages. Any language that compiles down to WebAssembly (WASM) is supported, including Rust and many more. Additionally, WASM programs are more efficient than Solidity due to decades of compiler development for Rust and C. This enables developers to create complex cryptography and computation tasks that would otherwise be extremely gas-heavy. All this goes to say - mix & match with Stylus contracts for the ultimate flexibility. Solidity contracts can call Rust contracts freely, and vice versa. If working in Rust, developers have access to a full suite of developer tools and onchain functionality out of the box. #OnlyOnArb

Arbitrum Orbit chains can now use bridged USDC from Circle as a custom gas token. This opens the door for new types of apps to be built, including ones requiring payment rails for a frictionless user experience! Developers can get started with AltLayer, Caldera, Conduit, and Gelato today, with added support from Ankr and Alchemy coming soon. We're excited that today the Franklin OnChain U.S. Government Money Fund (FOBXX) is now available on Arbitrum. This collaboration with Franklin Templeton will accelerate the integration of decentralized finance within traditional financial services and further strengthen real-world assets on Arbitrum. By onboarding the Arbitrum network to Franklin Templeton's Benji Investments platform, FOBXX will further extend its compatibility within the digital assets ecosystem and reach new audiences. Investors can now gain exposure to FOBXX through the Benji Investments platform, Franklin Templeton's proprietary blockchain-integrated recordkeeping system, and may use the Arbitrum network upon request and subject to eligibility. "Expanding into the Arbitrum ecosystem is an important step on our journey to empower our asset management capabilities with blockchain technology," said Roger Bayston, Head of Digital Assets at Franklin Templeton. "We are enthusiastic about the opportunities this partnership will unlock for our firm and our clients." Curious to learn more? Click here: https://buff.ly/4dxrCpm

Spoken and written languages are how we interact to ideate, discuss, build & co-ordinate with each other. Digital networks are built when we use programming languages to speak to computers in the binary language of 0s & 1s. Therefore, interoperability between different programming languages can unlock the doors to uncharted possibilities in software development. Stylus, if voted in by the ArbitrumDAO will become Arbitrum's native programming tool, bringing the power of popular programming languages like Rust, C & C++ to build applications on the blockchain technology stack. Stylus is an important milestone for developers, businesses & institutions as they can now access a significantly higher range of native programming libraries & scripts to deploy innovative use cases on the blockchain technology stack. A future where knowledge of different programming languages blend with natural languages to blur the gap between developers and users, is not far.
