https://lnkd.in/evK69bEJ | When appointing restructuring provisional liquidators, the Cayman Islands Court has held that, on the face of it, it has jurisdiction to wind up a segregated portfolio company ("SPC") where one segregated portfolio is insolvent (even where other segregated portfolios are solvent). However, whether the Court would proceed to liquidate an SPC on the basis of a single insolvent portfolio is still an open question.
