С целью исключения бюрократических барьеров и оптимизации процессов внесли изменения в правила заполнения формы местной отчетности по трансфертному ценообразованию. А именно, кто сдает в бумажном виде должны прикладывать так же отчет на электронном носителе (флешка или через е-отиниш). Учитывая что за НЕПОЛНОЕ предоставление административная ответственность регулируется КоАП РК ст 273 частью 4, штрафы для крупного бизнеса 500 МРП, для среднего 200 МРП. К сожалению, данное нововведение активно не просвещали и обидно, что многие налогоплательщики попали на эту удочку. Мне интересно наш Налоговый орган где оптимизировал процесс, если налоговый специалист не может читать цифры с бумаги, а им обязателен электронный вариант. В таком случае будь на месте Налогового органа, я бы отменила сдачу отчета на бумажном носителе и оставила бы только на электронном через сайт. Провела бы оповещение по налогоплательщикам кто обязан сдавать данный отчет. К сожалению или к счастью я не орган который принимает такие решения. Тем не менее коллеги нам остается быть постоянно в тонусе с нашими изменениями.
