AM Best has upgraded the Financial Strength Rating to B (Fair) from B- (Fair) of Arab Reinsurance Company SAL (Arab Re) (Lebanon). The outlook is stable. Arab Re will allocate one day per week as platform for training and workshops, ranging from topics related to developing soft skills, enhancing technical, and IT skills. This proactive approach aims to foster employees’ development and encourage communication and interaction between different groups. The HR team will start the workshop “The importance of planning”, which will be divided into several sessions and will focus on strategic planning, the reasons and the means for planning, while using time management tools and techniques, as well as the ways to improve productivity and develop healthy working habits that helps us to find a good balance in our professional life and personal life.
