We’re on the lookout for a Facilities and Admin Executive to join our team. Could that be you?
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office spaces, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors to oversee maintenance work.
- Manage the procurement process, including obtaining quotes, processing invoices, and maintaining communication with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Oversee general administration of security and janitorial services.
- Collaborate with the Accountant to prepare and submit finance-related documentation on time.
- Handle visa applications and travel arrangements for employee overseas visits.
- Assist in organizing and executing company events, ensuring smooth logistical coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and contractors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
