We want to announce that Sostinės bokštai, a company affiliated with the real estate development company Realco, has successfully placed the fifth tranche of the bond issue to construct the Hero business centre in Vilnius's central business district. Instead of the planned 5.5 million EUR, we raised 7.36 million EUR. The bonds were offered to investors from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia with a yield of 7.8%. The construction of the "Hero" business center is nearly complete, and starting today, a public fifth bond issuance of 5.5 million EUR is available! In the first two private issuances, 13.5 million EUR was raised. The third public issuance successfully attracted the planned 6 million EUR. "One of the most challenging tasks of this project was to execute the architectural facade solutions, covering nearly 14,000 sq. m of facade structures," says Julius Dovidonis, CEO of Realco. We chose one of Northern Europe's largest and most experienced companies for this task – Staticus. 🙌 🏙️ The "Hero" facade includes over 1,500 elements made from aluminium composite panels and structural glazing, creating a unique form. This preciseness was achieved using robotized bending machines – some of the largest in the Baltic region – and 3D printing technologies. "Designing, manufacturing, and installing such a large facade in less than a year was ambitious. However, we completed all the main facade installation works on time," shares Jonas Garbaliauskas, Project manager at Staticus. ✔️ We aim to complete construction this autumn, offering a variety of spaces, from small offices to expansive areas of up to 4,000 square meters.
