The construction of the Hero Business Centre continues to progress nicely. We are pleased to announce that you will soon see the completed facade of the building. With 527 of the 1568 elements left to be installed, Hero will take on its whole appearance. So far, all the work is progressing confidently and on schedule, so we do not doubt that by autumn 2025, we will be able to see the Hero from the outside and the inside. While the construction works are underway, we are making sure that all the relevant services and amenities are in place for employees, guests, and established businesses in the Hero Business Centre. You don't have to be an artist to work in an artistic environment. 🎨 These are the findings of recent studies which show that artworks, leisure spaces and the most comfortable environment possible improve employees' well-being and increase their productivity.    The Hero Business Centre will also feature expressive design and aesthetic solutions. One of the planned solutions is natural light atriums, called "Light pits" by the architects. These atriums provide the premises with natural daylight and form a small enclosed courtyard inside the building. In this atypical space, artist Vladas Suncovas creates specially tailored art installations for Hero.    According to the artist, he will use polished, almost mirror-like stainless steel, transmitting natural light in different forms of reflection to the people working around the "Light pits". "I was thinking about how to communicate to the people who will work here every day what is happening outside - how this architectural situation could open up new points of view on the environment" says the artist.   Read more: https://lnkd.in/dhtvSYGM

You won't see good air quality, but you'll feel bad air immediately. 🧘 We need to think about how vital the air is when we work every day. And that doesn't necessarily mean smelling good. Air is a combination of many factors.  💨 Ventilation and air circulation. This is not necessarily a sign of overwork if you feel weak or lazy at work. It could be that the air circulation in your working environment is not adequate. Not getting fresh air makes you feel less invigorated.  🌡️ Humidity and temperature. Does your office feel like a sauna? Or do you feel like you're in an ice-cold room? This means that your working environment does not have proper temperature and humidity control. Having the right temperature and humidity levels helps to maintain air quality and comfort.  🔎 Monitoring and analysis. In addition to monitoring work processes, your workplace should also analyse air quality. Sensors help you monitor air parameters in real-time, which can prevent the spread of allergies and other bacterial diseases.  Remember that the air is directly linked to your well-being at work.
