Last Friday we headed to Riga for one of the biggest real estate and investment events in the Baltics – the BREL Forum! 🇱🇻 As the main sponsor of the event, we had our very own stand, which was a huge success. 🎉We were thrilled to see so many event participants stop by to discuss the recovering market, new players, and the latest trends with us and other real estate professionals. It has been a memorable BREL Forum for Capitalica Asset Management! 🤩   The second VERDE building was recognized as the Best Project of 2024 by public vote, the People’s Choice. The award was received by Iveta Lace, Verde's Commercial Director and Board Member.   Congratulations to the entire team who contributed to the realization of this project in both Lithuania and Latvia! 🥳   The leasing and property management partner for the project is Colliers, the leading real estate agency in Latvia and the organiser of Brel Forum.   The VERDE business complex, the greenest Class A office complex in Riga, located at the beginning of the Skanste district (the new CBD quarter of Latvia’s capital), completed its second phase this May and is undoubtedly our pride this year. The Baltic real estate market is slowing down — investments in the second quarter dropped to around €86.7 million, a 58% decline compared to the same period last year.
