Last week, we completed our Information and Cyber Security training, led by our CISO, Gabrielius V. This training marked the final step toward certification, and today, we are proud to announce that ELINTA MOTORS has officially received its Certificate of Compliance for our Cybersecurity Management System, which meets the standards of ISO 21434 and ECE R-155!

In 2011, we took a bold step into the future by integrating our electric powertrain system into this small car (based on the Toyota iQ). Since then, we've been driving electric, continuously refining and advancing our technology. Now, 14 years later, we are bringing this historic car project back to life! With an upgraded battery and increased voltage, the iQ now delivers up to 120 kW of power and 250 Nm of torque, proving that innovation never stops. ⚡ Fun fact: A standout moment in our journey was in 2013, when Sir Richard Branson visited and personally experienced the early-stage Elinta Motors electric system.

Elinta Motors operates six development mule vehicles- prototype vehicles used to test new automotive technologies such as powertrains, drivetrains, and software before production- ranging from small passenger cars to a 16-ton truck, for software and hardware development and testing. In addition to trucks and vans, these light development platform vehicles play a key role in motor control testing, enabling quick and agile responses. 🚛 Iveco Eurocargo – Utilized for EV-200/250 powertrain demonstrations. 🚐 2x Iveco Daily chassis – Used for demonstrating EV-150 and PHEV solutions. 🛻 Ford Raptor – An 800V SiC drivetrain prototype vehicle for motor control testing. 🏎️ Race-Ready Subaru BRZ – A high-speed motor development platform. 🚗 Toyota iQ – e-PTO test platform.
