2024 wraps up when the Kilo Health team comes together to reflect, celebrate, and prepare for what's next. It's been a year of growth, and we're carrying that momentum forward with our 3-year strategy. At the annual catch-up event, our CTO, Vladislav Grablevskij, highlighted our focus on tech and AI, while Tadas Burgaila entertained us with stories from #SharkTank and inspired us to chase our dreams. By doubling down on what works best, each of us plays a role in shaping the future. Our CEO, Žygimantas Surintas, reminds us: "Strategies aren't set in stone. Let's stay open, adapt, and do what's best." Stay tuned — big things are ahead!

  • Pulsetto, a unique product under our roof, has secured a 2M investment from ScaleWolf! Scalewolf, together with the Lithuanian Ministry of Economy and Innovation, is supporting dual-use technologies — innovations that benefit both commercial and defense sectors. Pulsetto stood out as a top investment because of its unique mix of hardware, software, and medical technology. “The startup co-founders, Povilas Sabaliauskas and Vitalijus Majorovas, serve as a great example for other creative and ambitious startup founders — their belief in their idea, hard work, and strong ambition have been key to their journey,” says Kilo Health’s co-founder, Tadas Burgaila. • The startup job market is competitive, but we like to stand out with creative ways to find talent. Train-to-hire and co-founding are a few of these approaches. "When it comes to specialists, we’re currently looking for experts in IT, AI, machine learning, data science, financial analysis, marketing, digital advertising, and more. Since our product portfolio is always evolving—from in-house ideas to market-driven solutions—we constantly have open positions for motivated talents who are ready to take on leadership and responsibility," says our Head of Recruitment, Ieva Brukštutė. • The 4th season of Future Heroes by WoW University has started, bringing together more than 60 young girls from all over the world at the Kilo Health headquarters to get inspired and embark on their first business adventure. During the first event, the future heroes heard many motivational speeches and learned valuable tips and tricks about entrepreneurship. Now, these young women are ready to bring their first business ideas to life. Our Finance Controller, Agnė Giedraitienė, is one of the mentors who will be working with them over the next four months. We’re proud to sponsor this event and support them on their journey.

  • We’re back at it — strengthening our team of Creative Strategists with the help of The Atomic Garden Vilnius! Our last Media Buying crash course had over 400 applications. This time, we’ve handpicked 15 candidates — both internal and external — who are already diving into the essentials of the role and gearing up for an intense 6-week training adventure.“ In the selection process, it’s important not only to complete tasks well but also to embrace the company’s culture and values. This time, we’ve included our own employees in the training, allowing them to enhance their skills while helping external candidates better understand how a startup operates,” says our Head of Learning and Development, Aurelija Ganusauskaitė.
