July was a game-changer for Panevėžys! 🚀 The Homa Group has begun constructing the “Tower” shopping park, revitalizing the site of the old Panevėžys meat processing plant into a modern retail destination. The first 7,000 sq.m building is already underway! Panevėžys also celebrated the completion of a sleek new bus station, set to be fully operational by October, and enhancing the city’s transport infrastructure. A state-of-the-art swimming pool is taking shape, set to become a top destination for athletes and the community. Innovative heating systems company Adax AS is preparing for new investments. 📈 The company plans to expand its team and significantly upgrade its equipment, including acquiring a new high-efficiency powder coating line and high-tonnage presses for sheet metal processing. The TOWER shopping park is officially under construction! 🏗️ Covering 9000 square meters, this European-style park will rise on Smėlynės Street, where the old meat factory once stood. This modern development will create new job opportunities, enrich the local community, and make the city more attractive. A standout feature is the preservation of an oak and linden grove, which will be transformed into a beautiful, tranquil oasis for everyone to enjoy. SKUBA GROUP’s €7.5 million investment and expansion in Panevėžys reveal the untapped potential of the region! 💡 A new state-of-the-art service and retail center for minibuses and heavy-duty vehicles has opened in the city. The facility features a store, a truck service center, a car wash, and testing stands for preparing trucks for technical inspections.
