Nothing motivates the RNDV team more than good feedback from long-term business partners! We want to share a small section of an official feedback letter from Centroplan GmbH, with whom RNDV has been working closely since 2021. “Our company has consistently had a positive experience with RNDV as a subcontractor. They deliver high-quality work that requires minimal supervision. Their effective and professional management team builds deep trust and confidence. RNDV is well-organized, ensuring agreements are kept and projects are executed efficiently. When we make an agreement, it is always fulfilled as planned. “RNDV is reliable and flexible, demonstrating understanding when changes arise. They do not immediately ask for additional payment for minor adjustments, showing their commitment to long-term partnerships rather than short-term gains. “Overall, we are very happy with RNDV. They are reliable, consistently deliver quality work, and build trust—a winning combination for any business relationship,” said a Centroplan GmbH representative. #RNDV #PoweredByTeamwork #SolarEnergy

Picture this: 21 restaurants, 10 swimming pools, a water park, an ice rink, a theater, a casino, two climbing walls, spa and fitness centers, and many more attractions. These features, typically found in a vibrant city neighborhood, are all aboard the second largest cruise ship in the world, Utopia of the Seas. In addition to these amenities, the ship features 2,834 cabins and can accommodate up to 5,668 passengers and 2,290 crew members. We mention Utopia of the Seas for a reason—it is the third ship in the Oasis Class series on which the RNDV team has worked. A total of 35 RNDV professionals dedicated more than 73,000 hours to this project, executing a comprehensive electrical installation including laying over 400 km of cables for the RNDV scope, pulling 3,000 electrical points, and ensuring 670 cabin electrical systems functioned correctly. Every detail was meticulously addressed, and 1,000 penetrations were securely closed to ensure optimal and reliable operation. Bon voyage, Utopia of the Seas! #RNDV #PoweredByTeamwork #UtopiaOfTheSeas

RNDV's activities in offshore marine structure sandblasting and painting are making significant strides. These are exceptionally precise tasks that demand the highest quality standards. Although ship painting is a highly complex process, there are some key differences between ship and offshore structure painting that we would like to highlight: - The standard warranty for painted ships is typically five to eight years, whereas for offshore structures it can be as long as 15-50 years. - Ships can always return to a repair dock, which significantly reduces maintenance costs. However, offshore platforms are stationary, and once they go out to sea, they remain there for their entire lifecycle. Repairing them at sea is extremely expensive. - The first layer of paint is particularly challenging. It involves using zinc epoxy paint, with a tolerance of 80 to 120 microns (like car paint). All workers must meet strict requirements and are tested upon arrival according to FROSIO certification standards. We are ready to assist with your inquiries regarding sandblasting and painting of offshore structures. 📍 Contact our sales representative German Cagliardi. #RNDV #PoweredByTeamwork #Offshore

We’re excited to announce the start of construction on one of the most advanced solar parks in the Baltics, located near Marijampolė, Lithuania! This park will generate an impressive 36.4 MW of clean, renewable energy, enough to power over 12,000 households each year. This €27 million project, developed by Estonia’s Evecon, has been entrusted to RNDV’s solar construction team. Covering 86 hectares, the park will be one of the largest in the region and will feature a solar tracking system to maximize energy efficiency. “You cannot lead others if you don’t first lead yourself,” said Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae during her keynote, "Why and How CEOs and Executive Teams Succeed." The RNDV management team attended the Nordic Business Forum 2024 in Helsinki, where inspiring speakers shared insights on the Courageous Leadership topic. These insights strongly align with RNDV’s culture of continuous improvement and ambitious growth. We’re excited to apply these powerful ideas as we move forward in our journey! #RNDV #PoweredByTeamwork

What do RNDV and R+S Stolze GmbH have in common? Over 20 jointly equipped and built ships, about 3,000 kilometers of electric cable, and ten years of successful collaboration. This partnership anniversary is really special! We started working together with this technology leader in ship operations R+S Stolze GmbH back in 2013, and by 2021 we had built more than 20 Viking River Cruise ships together. The RNDV team was responsible for electrical installation work on these ships. During the entire time we worked together, we laid about 3,000 kilometers of electric cable. In 2023, we signed one of the most significant deals in RNDV group of companies’ activities—we joined again to build another ten Viking River Cruises ships together. Celebrating ten years of successful cooperation, we are proud of our long-standing partnership built on professionalism and mutual trust, and we look forward to building the next ten ships together! #RNDV #PoweredByTeamwork

At RNDV, we view the appropriate introduction of a new project manager in the field as an extremely important part of maintaining our efficient and professional work practice. For this process, we have a proven methodology that allows us to find a suitable balance between maintaining high efficiency and moderate cultural integration into the RNDV projects. We are implementing an electromechanics project in France at a parcel distribution terminal with a long-standing customer. This time, a new project manager, who has substantial experience in his field but is new to the RNDV organization, started the first project in France. Our new colleague’s closest companions and advisors are the sales and project managers who help and provide all the necessary support at the facility. Why do we send this particular dual expertise to the integration process? Without the proactivity of salespeople, we would not discover new business opportunities, nor would we understand a customer’s underlying problems and expectations. Meanwhile, without the smooth working of the project management team, we would not be able to fulfill the customer’s expectations. As we expand, the RNDV project management team still needs more support, and we invite you to join. Ads link in comments. #RNDV #PoweredByTeamwork #Hiring #Electromechanics

Greetings from the largest global event dedicated to the shipping sector — SMM 2024. This week, RNDV team arrived in Hamburg to attend an exhibition where more than 40,000 people gather, representing the shipping sectors of 120 countries. The shipping sector is a significant field for the RNDV group of companies. During more than 17 years of working practice in the sector, we have successfully implemented many projects by performing electrical installation on ships, shipbuilding and repair, scaffolding installation, and technical insulation works. We have worked with many different and at the same time long-standing partners, so it was most enjoyable for the team to meet so many familiar faces at the exhibition. We are also happy with a host of new acquaintances who open the door to impressive and value-creating projects in the future. #RNDV #PoweredByTeamwork #SMM2024
