👉 What does your typical workday look like?
"Human resource development department focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee training, as well as overall well-being in the company and development opportunities. Thus, my days are incredibly dynamic! Candidate search, interviews, and selection take the most time as we strive to find the best fit for each role."

👉 What qualities are essential for your role?
"First of all, empathy, communication, and problem-solving. #HR faces a variety of situations daily, so it is crucial to remain diplomatic and objective, balancing both company and employee needs. One of the most important skills I have gained is conflict resolution. Each situation requires careful analysis, active listening, and finding the right solution."
