🔵 Many issues relevant to EU #education & training, youth, and #sport policy fields are similar. For example, all three policy areas need to adapt to the challenges of the green and digital transitions and to further strengthen social inclusion and gender equality. All of them are also still recovering from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, ranging from negative impacts on the mental health and well-being of young people, learners, teachers, and athletes to decreasing physical activity in the general population. 🌐 Very Large Online Platforms (VLOPs) and Very Large Online Search Engines (VLOSEs) are major players in the #digital landscape due to their vast user bases and significant influence. Both are subject to stringent regulations under the EU's Digital Services Act (#DSA), which imposes enhanced responsibilities to ensure #transparency, user safety, and compliance with legal standards across all EU languages. 🚀 We’re excited to share that our Visionary team together with Ecorys is conducting a research commissioned by the European Commission DG CNECT titled “Monitoring of compliance with Articles 26, 28 and 39 DSA“. 💡 The European Innovation Scoreboard (EIS) and Regional Innovation Scoreboard (RIS) provide a comparative assessment of #innovation performance across #EU Member States, highlighting strengths and weaknesses in their innovation systems. These tools serve as valuable resources for policymakers and practitioners, offering reports, an interactive tool, and raw data. The composite indices offer concise, policy-relevant insights into complex systems, helping to track progress and enable benchmarking. 🙌 Our Visionary team, in collaboration with Technopolis Group and Old-Continent, is thrilled to be working on a project commissioned by DG RTD and led by EFIS. We’re working on the “European Innovation Scoreboard (EIS) and Regional Innovation Scoreboard (RIS) 2024-2027” study. This project aims to deliver the EIS in 2024 and 2025, and the RIS in 2025, while enhancing the methodology, quality, and appeal of scoreboard tools. The vision is to build a brighter future for all Lithuanian students through consistent and gradual modernization. 🙌 Happy to announce that our Visionary team is working on a study commissioned by the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of Lithuania titled “Evaluation of the Millennium Schools’ Programme Implementation”. The evaluation aims to assess the interim progress of the Programme by analysing both planned and implemented activities.
