🍰 Today, we had an amazing time celebrating Cake Day at Vitlaima! Our team came together to share homemade cakes, creating a warm and festive atmosphere in the office. It was a perfect chance to indulge in delicious treats while connecting with colleagues. As we enjoyed the cakes, many of our team members contributed to our donation box, which will stay open until the end of the year. At that time, we’ll come together to decide which charity we’ll support with the funds raised. 🚚 A Day in a Car Transporter Driver’s Shoes!   Last week, our administration team traded in their office chairs for truck seats during our "CAR TRANSPORTER LOADING TRAINING" event! Together, we dove into the world of truck loading, and let’s just say... it’s a bit more challenging than we expected!   The team learned all about safety, technique, and how to load a car carrier. The event wasn’t just about learning the technicalities—it was also a chance to bond and strengthen our teamwork. Who knew team building could be this much fun? 🤩   In brief, about the event:   🔻 We kicked off with Driver Academy training, mastering the theory of car transporter loading and pass the theory test. 🔻 Attempting to load the car carrier without losing a vehicle... or our minds. 🔻 After several attempts, we enjoyed a grill dinner prepared by chef.  🔻 We wrapped up with an exciting presentation about VITLAIMA France and our growing international presence. It was a fantastic day of learning, teamwork, and fun! 🌟 VITLAIMA sponsors the social initiative "PROTECTING OUR FUTURE"!   We care deeply about keeping our kids safe, especially the youngest ones. That’s why we’ve joined VŠĮ „Saugi Pradžia“ and UAB „SDG“, which have been running the "PROTECTING OUR FUTURE" project for 17 years. Every September, they greet first-graders, teach road safety, and provide reflective gear such as vests, reflectors, and booklets to keep kids visible on poorly lit roads.   🎯 Their 2024 goal is to equip all first-graders in rural Lithuanian schools with reflective vests and gear, reaching 3,000-4,000 students every year.
