We are proud of our colleagues for participating in an inspiring event in collaboration with SOPA to support individuals with disabilities in their job search. Through mock interviews, our team offered guidance and shared their expertise, helping participants build confidence and essential job-seeking skills. This initiative not only equipped job seekers but also gave our hiring managers valuable insights into creating a more inclusive recruitment process. “We covered important topics, including openness between hiring manager and candidate, as well as discussing common strengths and typical interview questions. I genuinely believe this experience was highly beneficial for both sides”, reflected Monika Sadauskienė, EBS Operational Planning Director. Artūras Fedotovas joined Yara three years ago to lead the transition of Finance Operations to Vilnius. Throughout this journey, he has proven to be a visionary leader by taking a fresh approach, shifting from the typical "lift and harmonize" model to "harmonize while lifting." Over this time, he has focused on planting the seeds for strong finance operations and nurturing their growth. Now, with deep roots established, he is ready to step into his new role as Vice President for EBS, where he will cultivate an organization grounded in operational synergies and people-centered growth. As Vice President of Yara European Business Services, Artūras will strategize all operations and business activities while working closely with functional unit heads to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. He will also lead key Supply Chain functions, including customer service, transport management, and operational planning, ensuring that these areas flourish.
